About the Presentation
“Soft skills” are centrally important for human social development and workforce success and more and more evidence shows that these attributes rival academic or technical skills in their ability to predict employment and earnings, among other outcomes. In this panel learn how you can leverage input from your community to gauge which soft skills are lacking in the developing workforce and learn strategies for incorporating those lessons and skills into gaming and your esports program.
